All our folks are currently employed in the store front retail/wholesale fireplace accessory market or in the home market industry. We base our performance on customer service & support, product reliability, & price. Our staff here, at Windhorse Ltd. knows what it's like out there and we know how we want to be treated. So you can count on us to treat you like we want to be. Without YOU, we are non-existent. Our intention is to treat you better with quality and experience. If you are tired of being treated like a second class citizen, talked to rudely, or are being ignored or told confusing information, you have come to the right place. OUR LOCATION

Our store and warehouse is located at 1002 North Central Expressway, #699 Richardson, Texas 75080-4404, on the North bound service road of (US75) North Central Expressway, approximately 300 feet North of Arapaho Road. Our hours of operation are 9am to 6pm, Monday thru Friday, and 10am to 6pm on Saturdays. Closed Sunday and all major holidays to give our employees a rest except from October thru Christmas Eve when we are open on Sundays from 12:00 noon to 4pm..
