Sales, Service, & Support departments are available to help you Monday thru Friday, 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 10am to 5pm Central Standard Time.

We are open on Sundays starting October 1 thru Christmas Eve from 12 noon to 4pm.

We want to help you with your fireplace needs and try to be available all day, everyday. as the season approaches we will have made some minor enhancements to our facility to further expedite your shipment in a prompt manner.
