Sales, Service, & Support departments are available to help you Tuesday thru Friday, 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 10am to 6pm Central Standard Time.

We are closed on Sundays, and Mondays, plus all major holidays.

We want to help you with your fireplace needs and try to be available all day, everyday.  as of August 1, 2009 we have made a major move to a larger facility. This move was to aquire more warehouse space. As the season approaches we will have made some changes to our facility to further expedite your internet shipments in a prompt manner.  We are open to the public, but have created a more warehouse look and feel.
